When you log in to or update information for your Demo account, you will need to verify it is you. Two-factor authentication (2FA) helps protect your Demo account by requiring 2 sources of verification to sign in: something you know (your password) and something you have. Every time you log in or make changes to your Demo account, you’ll get a request for another form of verification in addition to your password, such as:
We do this to make sure that a login attempt is from a device that you have access to, and not from an attacker. For account updates, make sure it is you who authorized them.
Device approvals add an extra layer of security to your Demo account. Learn more about device approvals.

Reach out to support to update your phone number. If you are trying to log in and can not receive the SMS code, select I need help. You will be given an option to resend code, or verify using a different method, or can contact support.
When you change your phone number in order to log in, we will ask you to verify your identity to ensure your account's security.
Make sure you're in a well-lit space and remove any glasses, hats, or face coverings. Your full face, shoulders, and the ID you're holding should all be visible.
You can change your email with Demo as long as you have access to the phone number associated with your account. You can view the email address associated with your account in Settings, and update it, if necessary.
